How can I contact you?

How do I buy an Original Artwork?
All of the work you see on the site is my original work. The work on the ‘Prints’ page is where I stock reproductions of my work that you can order. If you would like to be the first to know about new releases of work, please sign up to the mailing list on the Home page and follow me on social media for the latest updates. Originals are available via the Shop page here.
What form of payment do you take?
All major credit cards and PayPal payments are accepted when purchasing through my website.
How can I inquire about a painting I am interested in?
Please feel free to contact me through my CONTACT page form. This message is sent right to my personal email.
Can I pick up my painting instead of having it shipped?
Absolutely! I am happy to arrange a collection of purchased artwork at a specific location close to my home studio. Please contact me if you would like to arrange collection of your purchase.
Why should I sign up for your mailing list?
When you sign-up to my mailing list you'll get EARLY ACCESS to all the new collections that I release. You'll always get first dibs on any of my work and any updates that I'll be making on my site.
You will also get beautiful inspiration for how you can style art in your own home space - I promise I won't spam you! All your personal information will be handled with respect and care and will never be shared with any third-parties.
Do you take commissions?
I am always happy to discuss any commission projects that you have in mind, that fit with my aesthetic. Please use the CONTACT form to let me know the basics of what you’re interested in (e.g. colors, style, size) and I will be in touch with you.
Important note about color:
Colours may appear different on different monitors and devices and while I have made every attempt to display the colours as close to true, on the images on this website, please note that they may look slightly different on your screen.

How does Shipping work?
Domestic Shipping (Australia wide):
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
Please allow approximately 3-14 days from the date of shipment within Australia and 14-21 days internationally to receive your purchase. Shipping will be through Australia Post (unless otherwise specified) and a tracking number provided for reference. For any large works, shipping may be handled by a different courier to be confirmed with the customer at the time of purchase.
Shipping is free for all orders within Australia. (All pricing subject to change.)
Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
International Shipping:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. If there are any discrepancies in pricing (+/-) arrangements will be made to adjust cost. International shipping is more complex, fees, availability of insurance and tracking can be out of my control. Custom fees and duties may be charged based on final destination.
Shipping fees include shipping, packaging, and handling.

What is your return policy?
Each painting and product is handled with the utmost care. Attention to detail and transparency is what I’ve aimed for in the product images on the website to ensure that the product that you receive is as per the images you have seen. I want you, as my customer, to be very happy with your purchase and therefore any requests for returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Please use the CONTACT form for any questions at all.
The cost of returned original work will be refunded to you at the current exchange rate, in Australian dollars (shipping fees are not refundable).
All prints are printed-to-order when purchased so please make sure you pick the correct size as returns and refunds are NOT AVAILABLE ON PRINTS.

I retain the rights to all my work including all sold or commissioned works. I also retain the right to make any and all reproductions of that work. As a Collector, you may not reproduce any part of the work in any form without my express written approval.
Images of my work or featuring my work in any form should ONLY be used with due credit to the artist.
