Yes I do take on commissions!

Sometimes you may not find exactly what you’re looking for in my online shop. Perhaps there isn’t your preferred size or not the particular colours that you’d like to complement your space - that’s the perfect reason to enquire about getting a special piece commissioned for yourself or someone special!

Get in touch and let me know what you’re interested in - colours, size and if you have a preference of a work on paper, canvas, timber board ….there’s a number of ways we can create the perfect piece - in my artistic style - to suit your space.

The process:

  1. Consultation

    We discuss what your ideal artwork would be. Through an in-home consultation or an online/phone meeting, we specify all the requirements of your special piece:

  • Size

  • Colours and Composition

  • Inspiration images

  • The story behind what you’d like created for you.

  • *There is no ongoing commitment required at this stage.

3. Painting

I start painting your one-of-a-kind artwork. I create your unique artwork based on some primary sketches that I discuss with you, based on the initial proposal, and then you have to trust me as the artist with the rest of the process! This part requires time and energy to ensure you receive something meaningful and unique to you! It always results in a beautiful outcome - sometimes with a few surprise elements!

2. Proposal

Before your project commences, I send you a comprehensive summary proposal for the artwork based on our consultation. This includes the cost and timeline for your commission.

On your confirmation, we make things official through your deposit of a non-refundable 30% of the project cost which covers materials.

 
 

4. The TA-DAAA!!! Moment

Seeing your finished painting is always an exciting time!

I will send you images of your finished work before packaging and shipping your artwork, along with the invoice for you to process the balance payment for your project.

I send your artwork to you - ready to hang. You await its delivery and display your new investment in its new forever home!
